  • Your base boards, corners, wall/floor edges are free of dirt, dust, debris, scuffmarks, stains and floor maintenance solutions.
  • Floor space under your moveable items is free of dirt, dust, debris, scuffmarks, stains, and other foreign matter.
  • Your interior and exterior floor mats are free of lint, litter, soil, and other foreign matter, including areas under mats.

Carpeted Floors:

  • Your carpeted areas, including area and throw rugs, are free of visible dirt, debris, litter, and other foreign matter.
  • Spots in your carpets of 1 sq ft or less are removed per manufacturer's recommendations and the area is shampooed.
  • After cleaning and shampooing carpets, your carpeted areas are uniform in appearance and free of spots, stains, and discoloration.
  • Your building representatives are informed of tears, burns, and raveling.
